Ensino Secundário na Escola Artística Soares dos Reis, licenciatura em Design Gráfico e Publicidade na ESEIG e mestrado em Ilustração pela ESAG.

Tudo começa quando a artista percebeu que não existiam postais que retratassem a sua cidade natal, Guimarães. Habituada a trazê-los das suas viagens, decidiu criar os seus próprios, gerando uma coleção de Guimarães.
PRÉMIO NACIONAL
Com a sua coleção de postais dedicada a Guimarães, Catarina concorreu à Mostra Nacional de Jovens Criadores, na categoria de Ilustração e Banda Desenhada, e conquistou o 1.º prémio.
MARCA PESSOAL
O prémio abriu caminho à marca pessoal By Catarina Peixoto, que une serviços de design, ilustração e papelaria, levando as suas criações a mercados e clientes por todo o mundo.
