This wine list pays homage to the journey of Santiago de Compostela, divided into two distinct parts. The first part takes wine enthusiasts on a captivating journey, exploring various stops that highlight the production from distinct wine regions. The second part is a comprehensive cataloging of all available references.

A wine list inspired by the route of Santiago de Compostela.

The first part of the wine list takes the customer on a journey that starts in Germany and culminates in the beautiful Galicia, with several memorable stops along the way. Each stop is represented by a detailed map, highlighting the primary wine-producing regions. With an approach that combines text and illustration, embodying the unique philosophy of Pepe Vieira, centered on a regional atmosphere that pays tribute to its roots. The design of the menu is infused with the imagery of the Galician people and, additionally, showcases the various characteristics of the wines, their producers, as well as the method of production.

This project was inspired by the route of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, primarily in the landscapes and the many pilgrims who traverse them, giving it the characteristic regional touch as well as the modern flair that this restaurant possesses. The way the written part is sectioned, along with the illustrations throughout the menu, shows this: A division by chapters almost as if they were stages, and a swift drawing almost like a passing sketch. To emulate the feeling of being a traveling pilgrim, making notes and, of course, eating and drinking, this also gives the menu a more intimate personality.

This approach provides a unique experience, allowing the customer to feel like an explorer pilgrim, immersed in the wonderful world of winemaking.
